Effectsconnection Shipping and Payment Policy 

Domestic (USA) Shipments:

• All shipments will be shipped with a delivery tracking number.  This information can be found either at my website or at Paypal.  If you pay for your purchase using paypal, there is a delivery confirmation number on the paypal details. 
• I will only ship to a confirmed address on paypal, and will not ship to an address other than is listed on paypal.  This means that if you have a different shipping address on your order, and pay through paypal, the shipment will go to the address that is on paypal.
• If you pay with a credit card, I will manually enter the tracking information on your account, and you can look it up at either www.usps.com or www.fedex.com, depending on the shipment method.
• You will not be given a tracking number unless you select the Fedex Delivery method. 
• If you pay with a credit card, your shipping address and credit card address must match, or the order will be cancelled.  Your CVVS code must match also. 
• I only accept Money Orders and Bank Checks for payment, no personal checks.
• All payments must be made to: John Lewman or Effectsconnection.com
• If you receive a faulty part, I will ask that you send it back, or take a picture of the part for verification.  A new part will be sent to you. 

International Shipments:

• -All shipments will be sent with the customs form ID number.  This is to provide you with proof that the items have been sent.  I do not provide a tracking number unless you purchase the Fedex shipping option. 
• -If you would like me to declare a lower value on your package, you are assuming the risk of the shipment against loss and damage.  I am not responsible for any shipments that have a lower value on the package, than is in the contents.
• -If you would like insurance on the package, please let me know, and I will bill you for the insurance charge.
• -Delivery can take up to 6 weeks from the time sent, depending on your countries’ customs time.  I have no control over this, and am not responsible for this.  I will ship all packages within a day or two.
• I do not accept money orders or personal checks from international locations except Canada.  Canadians must use a Postal Money Order
• All payments must be made to: John Lewman or Effectsconnection.com

I will not ship to these countries, unless you pay with a Western Union wire transfer, no exceptions

Indonesia

Turkey

Russia or any of its Federation States

Any country that I determine to have a lot of Fraud 

I refuse the right to cancel any transaction for any reason.
